Internal Family Systems
A leading-edge therapy approach, Internal Family Systems (IFS) is both a theory of mind & strategic skill set that helpS us navigate emotions very differently & resolve whatever's "in the way". I will teach IFS as the central pillar of our practice through an embedded self-paced course & powerful, live demonstrations.
Sacred Feminine Practice
Based on connection with nature, lunar cycles and pre-Christian women's rites, Sacred Feminine Practices enrich our lives with ritual, ceremony & deeper connection with the Divine. I'll teach the interweaving of Sacred Feminine arts into your daily life & your work.
Expressive Arts
The Expressive Arts are a way of knowing, and a language without words, offering us externalization & reflection in one process. We will explore various creative modalities in the Resonance Collective from Art Journaling to creating Adornments & more.
