In a Seed-Session, we'll spend 90 powerful minutes together, bringing a new & potent kind of focus to both what is calling you AND what's in the way. We will begin with some 'unpacking'. Then I will guide you on a level of inner journeying you're comfortable with as new, or sometimes old & forgotten, data emerges.
In a Seed-Session, we'll cultivate the needed safety & trust for what wants your attention to emerge. If you're tired of feeling unfulfilled in life or business & know in your heart there has to be more, this session is for you.

When change is at hand, a lot can come up and complicate the way forward. If you're on the cusp of a big decision in life or business, you might find that the more input you get from others (even experts, friends & loved ones), the less clarity and confidence you actually feel about moving forward.

In a Clarity Intensive, we'll spend 2 powerful hours together, tending to the decision at hand from a multitude of angles. Perhaps even more important, we will be gently exploring whatever inner fears, stuck beliefs or blocks are activated & relevant. We will hear, on balanced terms, from your inner fear-holders, dream-weavers & protectors, AND, we will very often find an unlikely common thread that they share.
In a Clarity Intensive, we'll ultimately hold a sacred, inner Council where - with regard to the matter at hand - everything within you can be heard, honored and counted. The result is almost always a clear, if not easy, path forward that feels right system-wide & is confidence-inspiring. Come confused and emerge untangled.

Cultivating Inner Relationship for Growth:
Whether you're facing setbacks, a new growth-edge or simply longing to grow - proactively - in your life or business, Internal Family Systems (IFS) work is an effective and illuminating approach. IFS offers us a new lens for how we understand ourselves & others, AND a transformative skill set to work with everything we find within.
Internal Family Systems is woven into all my work, however in this 3-session package, we will lean into IFS as our primary way of working together.
The goal of IFS work is to regain inner trust, resolve what's "in the way", and restore your higher Self to its natural leadership position. We discover what kind of protective strategies are at hand in your life or work, based on past experiences or stuck beliefs. Spoiler-alert: they're usually well-intentioned but unhelpful.
Rather than seeking to "get rid of" those protective strategies, we seek to know them, negotiate & de-escalate their need to take over. This process is adventurous, illuminating & tends to produce both enormous relief (as your overworked protectors finally get a break!) and the emergence of more Self-energy in the form of Calm, Clarity, Confidence, Courage, Compassion, Creativity, Curiosity & Connection.
Parts-work Packages include (3) 90-minute sessions which will be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly.
